Imagine our surprise
The property location was great. Walking distance to shops, pier, restaurants and nice sunset views. The place itself was nicely decorated and cozy. Imagine our unpleasant surprise when we saw roaches in the kitchen. We were not able to use any kitchen utensils or appliances without first washing everything. It was inconvenient and pretty disgusting. Maintenance was called in to bleach cabinets full of roach feces. Someone had placed roach traps all over the kitchen, including by the toaster, and on the bathroom floor. It was obvious that the place was not properly cleaned before our stay... Hairballs in the livingroom floor and hair on the pillows. We had to wash ALL SHEETS before sleeping after long day of travel. Cleaning fee should be refunded.

Comfortable Spot Near Downtown Kona
Pleasantly surprised by how nicely appointed the apartment was with updated interior, comfy bed and lots of extras for the beach. Easily walk to area with restaurants, shops and beautiful sunsets! Residents of complex were very nice to us as guests.

Newly renovated for your comfort, this unit feels spacious but homely. What we love about this place is that it's a quieter area of town but you feel close to all of the downtown activities. If we were to come here to Kona for the food and sunsets, this would be our number one choice.
