I always love to stay here every time I come to the side of the island. Location is great nice pool and spa. The place has the perfect amount of amenities. Air conditioner works great.

Loved being close to the beautiful Pacific Ocean & watching the waves crashing against the seawalls. We could walk to all the local amenties along Alli'i.
Lovely place to walk everywhere..for coffee fresh food market restaurants waterfront Kona Village shopping..so much to see and enjoy!

Great location-
Great location! Right off the beach within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Check in was rough, the code didn’t work and we could not reach the owner but the onsite property management was helpful and the owners checked in as soon as they got my message about check in. The AC was a blessing and the kitchenette was sufficient with its hot plate and toaster.

The only thing that was good about my stay was I was able to check in an hour early, besides that none of my messages were returned to from the host, the air conditioner barely worked, the front door was hard to close, and there was nowhere to park inside the complex on different occasions, only one garage can, and the whole place just felt and looked dirty

Ok but wife hates roaches.
Just spent one night. Had some small roaches. Owner said he would refund my money and send an exterminater.
Place was not cleaned before we arrived due to a miscommunication between the property owner and his cleaning person. Was taken care of but it took a decent amount of trying to get a hold of anyone to get the issue resolved. Room itself was good and everything worked, except for the TV. Overall, it's a good spot as long as you don't really plan on doing much at the place you are staying besides eating breakfast and sleeping. Great location to walk to a ton of restaurants in Kona.
The location is very nice and within walking distance to many places. The room overall is all right, however the bed was lacking in comfort but not in hard springs. Also it would have been nice to have a remote for the a/c considering it is almost at the top of the ceiling. Parking is limited as well, but manageable. Overall if we could have gotten a decent sleep it would have been much better.

Our stay was fine..... but no sheets were provided for the pull out bed and multiple requests were made. We were told they would arrive on Saturday. Never happened. Very disappointing

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. As soon as we were notified of the missing sleeper sofa sheets we contacted our cleaning team and conveyed the sheets are kept in the armoire (closet) next to the bed. We then received another report regarding the location of the sheets as you were unable to find them and our cleaning team volunteered to make a trip to the condo to pull the sheets out of the closet and place them on the bed. We have high standards of hospitality and apologize if you experienced anything other than this in your communication with the Guest Contact. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are committed to making every guest experience enjoyable, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!

Stayed at property before so know area. This unit door lock would not work, so after messing around with guest services for 25 mins and getting backup key, air conditioning was welcome. Room poorly cleaned. Parking was problematic, not enough spaces. Came back from dinner at 8 pm ended up with truck in pay parking a block away for $40 . No other space available.

-The concern you raised about dust under the fold-out bed has been thoroughly addressed. We have communicated this feedback to the cleaning team, who have since revised their cleaning protocol to ensure that all areas, including less commonly accessed spaces like underneath the fold-out bed, are given thorough attention during each turnover.
-We acknowledge the electronic lock was not functioning properly during your stay. However, we responded promptly, providing the lockbox code with a key in under twenty -five minutes. The maintenance team is currently addressing the issue to restore the lock's functionality. In the meantime, guests are provided with the lockbox code and instructed to use the key for access.
-Unfortunately, parking availability is outside of our control. This limitation has been clearly noted on all booking platforms to ensure guests are informed ahead of their stay. While we understand this may have caused inconvenience, we strive to communicate these details transparently to set accurate expectations.
