Inside the unit, a private deck overlooking the tennis courts leads to the living room area with a large screen TV, elevated ceilings, comfortable designer seating, ample lighting, and a ceiling fan. Off the living area is the dining room with a large dining table and chandelier. The kitchen is fully stocked. For your outdoor enjoyment, the villa features a screened porch perfect for a lazy nap or morning coffee, along with an outside front deck with seating for four. To help you explore and relax on the island, three beach chairs and two bikes are conveniently provided for guest use in the storage shed located in front of the carport.
Off the hallway, the washer and dryer are in the unit and yours exclusively to use during your stay. A full guest bath with a tub/shower leads to the queen guest room, which enjoys its own private balcony. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, TV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower. It, too, has its own private balcony. This charming villa sleeps four guests in beds, and an inflatable mattress is available at the property to accommodate two additional guests, allowing for six guests total.
• BEACH: 0.4 miles away. Three beach chairs and two bikes are located in the storage shed in front of the carport for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards are optional and available for $55 per day per family. This offers access to the Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. The Lakehouse outdoor pool is accessible free of charge.
• POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included.
• OCCUPANCY: Sleeps 4 guests in beds, with an inflatable mattress available to allow for up to 6 guests total.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. There is parking in the dual carport and driveway.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed. LSVs must have a pass and count as a vehicle towards the 2 vehicle maximum limit.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are available for $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center and indoor pool at the Lakehouse are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per person. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. This property is allowed a maximum of 2 gate passes, and any LSV golf carts will count toward this vehicle limit. Parking is available in the dual carport and driveway.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
