We were very comfortable. My husband is handicapped and the steps and shower were a challenge. Handrails in shower and top of steps would be helpful. Very easy check in and out. Free parking. Very nice hosts.

Very nice basement apartment, very nice quiet neighborhood!!! Clean!

Overall, this is definitely be on to recommend, just a few "fixes" and it's good to go! (i.e. light on side of house, since it's where we have to go to enter the back (pitch black at night), also replace rug in bathroom, parts of it does not have rubber backing, both myself and other guest almost wiped out...it would have been really bad. Also, a path going around to the back would be great, it was very difficult to pull heavy bags through the grass.

This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood that was in walking distance of a fantastic panckake place Angels. If I had to go back to Niles for work I would consider staying there again
