Directions and Check-In: Addresses are provided after booking. Instructions are in the digital guestbook sent via email and SMS.

River Access: Rio Ruidoso is not for wading or swimming. Be cautious of flash floods during heavy rainfall.

Accessing the Property: Drive slowly on the private road. Parking: 1 vehicle in front, 2-3 in the driveway. Enter through the front door. The house is one level. The casita can be reached from inside. Some areas are off-limits.

Access to Lazy River Lodge is generally easy on paved roads. While Ruidoso and Alto have hilly terrain, getting around is usually manageable year-round. However, during winter, snow can accumulate on the roads leading to the lodge. Guests are advised to have 4-wheel drive or snow chains in case of heavy snowfall. Travel insurance is recommended for longer stays.
HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. Please use plastic cups. NO BUBBLE OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
River is for fishing and your viewing pleasure only. Swimming and wading are not permitted per Village of Ruidoso Ordinance.
