Cozy cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry, large open living room, dining & kitchen area. Large bar that offers seating for 6. The covered front porch offers views of 2 beautiful stocked ponds. Covered back deck overlooks an inground private swiming pool. Catch & release fishing is available in the two stocked ponds on the property. This home has room for a large family vacation while offering privacy that would be perfect for a romantic getaway.
This property offers private country settings while still conveniently located within 35 minutes from Johnson City or Kingsport, 45 minutes from Sevierville and less than an hour from Knoxville.
**Note: this property does have a working farm on site. There is cattle in the fenced area and they are fed daily in the evenings. Electric fencing is used around the parameter of the pasture, please use caution.

A fantastically cozy place to stay

From the moment we walked through the door we knew we would feel like we were at home. This cabin is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. The property is beautiful. The farm setting helped us unwind after our long race days at Bristol speedway. We will book this one again when we come back through.

Very Clean and Accommodating Country Home

Rented for extended family coming down to Tennessee for funeral service of brother-in-law. Place was very nice and very accommodating. Very clean and welcoming. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Large kitchen with all the amenities of home; utensils, cooking pots, baking pans and dishes, spices, coffee pods with sugar and creamers. Large living area to gather. Large upstairs area, accommodating to place air mattresses in very large bedroom as well as in open game area. Second bathroom upstairs is inside large bedroom. Makes it a bit awkward for non immediate family members to use during the night. Very nice outdoor area, front and back deck. Does have several steps for entry. Side steps easier to climb because not as steep, but railing only on front steps. Loved the view from the front porch with swing and rockers. Owners very responsive to all questions and needs. So thankful for such a homey place to spend with family.

An amazing Experience

Our Thanksgiving retreat at Sam & Nyki’s VRBO cabin was an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations. The unforeseen flood at our original dinner venue led us all to our cabin. Sam & Nyki not only graciously let us have the dinner at the cabin but became epitome of genuine hospitality. The cleanliness of the cabin was truly impressive, reflecting meticulous attention to detail and ensuring a pristine environment. Every nook and cranny surpassed expectations, providing a refreshing experience. Thoughtful provisions of every conceivable necessity made our stay feel like comfort of home. From essentials to unexpected delights, the had everything covered including a welcoming basket of candies and snacks. A perfect blend of hospitality, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made this cabin a standout choice for our Thanksgiving in Tennessee.

This cabin was our personal home until March of 2022. We bought a new property and built our dream home and planned to sell this property. We actually had this cabin under contract and decided we just could not let it go. There was close family connections to this property and we could not bear selling it. That's when we decided to share our home and let others enjoy our property as much as we have. We love hearing our guest tell us all about their great moments while staying here. We hope to be able to share our home and hear about these moments for years to come!
