Restored farmhouse main floor includes one queen bedroom, vintage 1950 bathroom, kitchen, living and 1,500 sf patio with fire pit and grill. Available Sunday through Thursday only. Perfect for Katy Trail riders, wedding goers, or spending the day in Hermann and then relaxing in the country. Transportation options available to Hermann with Hermann Trolley and Uber. Whole house is available with 3 total bedrooms, separate listing for Second Chance Landing On The Katy Trail.

Farmhouse in the country

Great renovated old farmhouse with character and history as well as the latest amenities. Sat on the front porch in the moonlight, looking out over the fields…. Great modern kitchen. Not near services, so if you’re biking The Katy, as we were, bring your food, and it will work really well. Right on the Katy.
