I am a graduate of business administration and finance with a mayor in international business. I worked for 10 years in the banking area and currently I have been in the family real estate business for approximately 10 years.

A few years ago decided to renovate the family building to rent studio apartments and shops on the first levels. My goal is to offer our guests a stay with a new and different experience, and at the same time continue and grow the family real estate business.

Why they chose this property

The colonial city of Santo Domingo was founded in the year 1496 by Christopher Columbus. It is the historic area of the capital of the Dominican Republic where you can safely walk from historic places, museums, bars, restaurants, among others.

Casa Adefra is located on the same El conde street, which is pedestrianized and from where you can walk to the different places of interest in the colonial zone.

What makes this property unique

Sometimes I stay here and I can't stop enjoying having a coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking El Conde street or spending a quiet moment on the terrace where there is a jacuzzi. I like to walk through the colonial city where I always find something that catches my attention from the time of the 1500s.
