Newer spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home, with full kitchen and amenities. High Speed Internet. TV's in family room and 2 bedrooms. Washer/Dryer. Sleeping for up to 8 people. Big deck for hanging out outside. Lots of parking. Lake is within 100 yards, there is a boat ramp minutes away. That ramp is then minutes from beaches such as The Cut, South Beach, Three Fingers. The Dam is also nearby for cliff jumping. Evergreen Marina and Porum Marina minutes away.

Great place to stay!

Mike has outstanding property at a reasonable price. There was a musty smell in the master bathroom air vent. Hopefully, Mike will have this resolved soon. You can see just a bit of Lake Eufaula, and there was plenty of room to park the truck with the boat attached. The patio was awesome. Mike has great internet access (600+ Mbps) so I was able to do some remote work. I would rent his place again.

Beautiful property. Home was stocked with every thing you would need for a long weekend. Crockpot, dishes, utensils, seasoning for barbecue, even had aloe in fridge for sunburns. Very thoughtful owner. Will recommend property to others.

My names Mike. Me and my friend Cody are business owners in the nearby town of Eufaula. We bought this house to enjoy the lake from time to time ourselves and figured anytime we are not there we might as well let someone else enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a quite little neighborhood that's golf cart friendly. You have plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, etc. The boat ramp is only minutes away. You also have dining at a few nearby restaurants. After launching your boat you have popular beaches very close by such as The Cut, South beach, or three fingers. Porum Marina and Evergreen are also very near.
