In the north, directly behind the house, there is a vineyard. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach a large supermarket with a bakery and butcher, a heated terrace swimming pool and tennis courts, as well as beautiful lakes, cycling and hiking trails nearby. Travel guides, cycling and hiking maps are available; also a lockable garage for your bikes (you could alternatively use 2 bikes from us free of charge). The EUROPAPARK Rust, the GOLF-Park Breisgau and the beautiful nature reserve Taubergießen are only 3 to 7 km away. Highly recommended DAY TRIPS: Kaiserstuhl, Black Forest, Wutachschlucht, Vogtsbauernhöfe, Titisee, Schluchsee, Trieberger waterfalls, Freiburg, the Alsace Wine Route, Colmar, Strasbourg, Basel u. V. M. You have a half-hourly train connection to the south to Freiburg, Basel (from Freiburg also to the Black Forest) or train. Head north to Lahr, Offenburg, Karlsruhe.
