The apartment is located in the idyllic district Broggingen, at the foot of the Black Forest. Ideal starting point for hikers and bikers. The health resort Freiamt is with about 12 km as close as the Europapark Rust. High quality equipped apartment, about 70 square meters, with open living / kitchen area, dream bathroom, separate bedroom in the gallery and balcony. Two pull-out two-seater seats up to a total of 6 guests. The apartment is accessible via external staircase and separate access. Free space in the garden is available. A parking space in the carport is exclusively available to our holiday guests.

The living area is designed barefoot friendly with Canadian wild maple parquet. Through the consistently glazed west facade of the living area is flooded with light. Over two glass doors, the west balcony is accessible, where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening. Underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
