Welcome to Cuxhaven Döse in the holiday residence Kormoran. The approx. 30 m² large one-room apartment is located in the 3rd Floor. An elevator is available and the apartment is handicapped accessible.
Living room with an exclusive sofa bed, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, oven, ceramic hob and a spacious wardrobe with built-in wardrobe, satellite flat-screen TV, shower / toilet, balcony, telephone, elevator and Tiegaragenstellplatz.
It can be a linen package (sheets) for 10.00 € for the length of stay booked and a towel package for 4.00 € (1 large towel, 1 small towel).
In the modern and well-kept residence Kormoran there is a swimming pool with jet stream and sauna, a steam bath for a fee, a children's playground and a bicycle cellar. Coin washing machines and dryers are also available. Wi-Fi and telephony, Sky are available for free.

Gemütlich eingerichtet, bequeme Matratze, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet, im Bad sogar eine Waschmaschine, bequeme Sonnenstühle mit Auflagen! Ung ganz sauber, auch das Haus. Super!Ca. 5 Minuten von der Strandpromenade und dem Strandhaus entfernt. Einen Supermarkt zu Fuss erreichbar habe ich nicht gefunden. Das war schade.

Mit dem Supermarkt das stimmt so nicht. Ca.8min zu Fuß ist ein Aldi und ein Getränkemarkt vorhanden.

Super Ferienwohnung mit Fahrstuhl und Balkon. Toll sind die dazugehörigen Fahrräder. Alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Gern wieder beim nächsten Besuch.

Es war wie beschrieben. 400m zum Strand,da Ebbe und Flut sich abwechseln hatte man die Möglichkeit Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen. Wattfahrten musste man rechtzeitig voranmelden und Bar bezahlen. Fand ich nicht so gut da eine Fahrt pro Person 50.00 Euro kostet. Schade das keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist . Aber ansonsten gerne wieder und auch für unsere Kleinen sehr geeignet.

Wirklich schöne Gegend. Super zum spazieren und radfahren. Schöner Strand. Nur Baden war praktisch nicht möglich da man nach ca. 20-30 m im Schlick stand und teilweise tief eingesunken ist. Entspannt ist anders.

Kurze Auszeit vom Alltag

absolut Entspannend. sehr kurze Wege bis an den Strand mit prima Lauf- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Preis/Leistung passt gut. Im Haus Kormoran gute Ausstattung mit wunderbarer Schwimmhalle. Durch Aufzug auch für eingeschränkte Personen sehr gut nutzbar. In und um Cuxhaven sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Wohnungsinhaber und herzlicher Empfang von der Verwalterin, die uns alle wichtigen Dinge im Haus, wie Tiefgarage, Schwimmbad Fahrradkeller mit den zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrrädern, die wir benutzen konnten, gezeigt hat. Die Wohung war wie beschrieben, klein aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. W-Lan war leider nicht verfügbar. Durch die Nutzung von Schwimmbad und Fahrrädern und der zentralen Lage hatten wir ein paar sehr schöne Urlaubstage.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht in super Lage

Wir waren im November hier. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Deich entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet - alles super eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sauna und Schwimmbad im Haus haben wir sehr gern genutzt. Außerdem standen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Besser geht's nicht.
