The Space:
This beautiful home has it all - tranquil views, a fabulous outdoor space, an incredible location, and plenty of room for everyone to kick back, relax and have fun. With plush furnishings, an open-concept layout, and two separate living areas, you will find this an ideal getaway from which you can explore the famed Rocky Mountains. Located in scenic Dillon, you are nestled along Straight Creek, just minutes from Dillon Reservoir and neighboring Silverthorne.
You will enter from the gorgeous wrap-around porch, spanning two whole sides of the home, and find yourself in the stunning living room, with its vaulted ceiling and cozy furnishings. Make use of the benches and boot trays right inside the door to kick off your shoes and unload your gear, then make your way to one of the two sofas and a recliner that awaits your utmost comfort. A coffee table, end table, lamps, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and fireplace round out this inviting space where you will find it easy to unwind and recharge after your excursions. Surrounded by windows, you will feel your cares melt away as you take in the views of the pines and stars.
Just off of the living room, find the spacious dining area, with a large dining table with seating for ten. Ideally situated between the kitchen and living room, you will find this a perfect place for dining or snacking, or setting up a puzzle or game. If needed, there are seats for two more at the nearby bar.
The bar/serving area, with its seating for two, serves as an ideal bridge between the dining area and kitchen, which is a gorgeous space with granite countertops and abundant cabinet and counter space. You will find it is also fully equipped with everything you need to take on any recipe, from a blender to a crockpot to a toaster. The chef in your group won’t even miss out on the beautiful setting, thanks to an over-the-sink window with views of the aspen trees.
Just off of the living area, you will find a convenient half powder bathroom, as well as the luxurious master bedroom. This beautiful space boasts a king-size bed, nightstands, a lamp, flat-screen TV, DVD player, a roomy walk-in closet, a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, and its own en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a spacious dual-sink vanity and a walk-in steam shower with a glass door. From this restful Master suite, you will also enjoy access to the gorgeous patio, where you can take in the surrounding alpine beauty before heading into bed.
Downstairs, you will find a dynamic second living room, complete with a lounge/entertainment area, a desk/workspace, and a sleeping area. In the living/lounge space, there are two sofas, one can be converted as a queen-sized pull-out bed, a bucket chair, and a large armchair with a chaise. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, X-box-one and an air hockey table, as well as various end tables, round out the space, which provides a totally different zone for relaxation. A screen at the back of this room provides privacy for a twin daybed with a twin-size trundle underneath, while a small space to the side of the living area boasts a desk and chair and a computer monitor.
Two more bedrooms are also found downstairs, in addition to a second, full bathroom with a large, dual-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. Conveniently located near both bedrooms and the downstairs living area, it can be easily accessed from anywhere.
The first downstairs bedroom is a playful bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds that the younger set will love as well as a dresser, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Pop in a favorite movie, lay back on your bunk of choice, and prepare to unwind before bed. The second bedroom just across the hall is a lovely space featuring a queen-size bed, a large dresser, a nightstand, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as parking for as many as four vehicles in the garage/driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This home boasts an incredible location along Straight Creek with unbeatable access to hiking, skiing, and Dillon Reservoir. In less than 10 minutes, you can find yourself at the Tenderfoot Mountain or Straight Creek Trailheads or at the picturesque Dillon Marina on Dillon Reservoir. From here, you are also less than 30 minutes from six different ski areas, including Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Vail. Situated in the charming town of Dillon, where you can explore Main Street or take in a show at the Dillon Amphitheater, you are also able to explore the nearby mountain towns of Frisco and Silverthorne within minutes.
Getting Around:
Located along Straight Creek Drive, you are also just minutes from access to I-70 - the main roadway through this breathtaking stretch of mountain towns, including Breckenridge, Vail, and Glenwood Springs. In Dillon, you are perfectly poised to take advantage of stunning Lake Dillon, with its Amphitheater and Marina. The Summit Stage Free Bus also connects you to all of Dillon as well as the nearby towns of Keystone, Silverthorne, and Frisco. Hop on the FREE bus at the Dillon Valley East stop on the Silverthorne-Dillon-Keystone Route just a few short minutes from your door and find yourself connected to all that this fabulous area has to offer.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
