The luxurious and cozy 4 **** comfort apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator)

The comfortable 5 star 3-room apartment has been furnished with solid carpentry in Allgäu style.
The living room has a spacious leather sofa set with armchair and for a cozy TV or reading evening.
From here you have access to the large south-east balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The relaxation loungers next to the table, chairs and electric awning invite you to linger.
The open kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, micro, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A normal filter coffee machine is also available. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and large wardrobe and another bedroom with a single bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom with window has a toilet, bidet and a very large shower with real glass partition. There is also a separate toilet. Bedding and towels are included.

Herausragende Ferienwohnung

Dies war eine der seltenen Fälle, wo eine Ferienwohnung nicht nur unseren Anforderungen entsprach, sondern sie sogar bei weitem übertraf. Hier stimmte einfach alles! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern eingerichtet, und wirklich tipptopp sauber. Die Einrichtung war praktisch und elegant und kam völlig ohne jeglichen Alpenkitsch aus. Außerdem hatte man das Gefühl, dass hier wirklich jemand nachgedacht hatte, was man denn so in Küche und Bad brauchen könnte , um sich wohl zu fühlen. Alles war da - wie oft schon haben wir in anderen Ferienwohnungen erst beim Abendessen festgestellt, dass z.B. nirgendwo ein Korkenzieher vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Alpenflair-Team war auch super. Schließlich sei noch die großzügig angelegte Tiefgarage erwähnt, in die man auch ohne großes Rangieren reinkam. Die Lage am Ortsrand war aus unserer Sicht auch ideal, da man so dem Trubel im Zentrum entgehen konnte. Und in Oberstdorf erreicht man sowieso alle Ziele innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Hier hat alles gepasst, ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Gerne wieder.
