Whether you’re here for a ski weekend, or a reasonably priced stay during any season, our rooms are always clean and ready for your arrival. This is a two bedroom suite located on the first level, with mini-fridges beneath a 43 inch Smart TV with Netflix configured, and free high-speed WIFI in each room. The first bedroom has queen bunk beds. The second bedroom has a sofa bed and a queen bed. Your private full-sized bathroom is stocked with bathroom amenities and additional towels.

The space
The solitude and privacy of mountain views are a perfect distance - just a few minute walk from downtown Ellicottville. Holiday Valley and HoliMont are a five minute drive away.

This is a wonderful location, nicely decorated and spacious. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable in the room with the bed/pull out couch; my husband didn’t really sleep at all, so that could be upgraded for sure, and shower room was a touch dirty. Otherwise, great location, easy check in and communication.

Perfect trip

We booked for one night with a few friends so that we could enjoy a night out. The property is very close to all the bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The room was exceptionally clean with plenty of space. We would book again if we ever planned to stay in ellicotville again.

Perfect Location

Easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Ellicottville. Easy check-in process. Plenty of room in the unit and it was clean with plenty of towels. The only negative is that other guests did not respect quiet hours and the walls are a bit thin when they were up late. They woke all of us up and made it hard to sleep.

This property is very outdated and old. We had the bottom suite. It smelled terrible and the rug felt very wet when we walked on it. The bathroom situation was terrible. The shower was separate from the toilet and the shower was absolutely disgusting. The sinks that were in each sides of the room ran slow and didn't drain correctly. There also wasn't a piece of silverware to be found not to mention the garbage pails were overflowing. Really really disappointed . I have been traveling for a long time and this was the worse place I have been to. The deck outside was lovely but the picnic benches are falling apart not to mention one other chair to sit in.

Decent space but too noisy

My family of 4 stayed at this property for one night during a ski trip. The room was decent with adequate space. The thin walls and numerous other rooms across and adjacent to our bedroom made for a very poor night's sleep. The sounds from the TV coming from the room across from us and the room above us could be heard through the walls and ceiling. The people next to us could be heard through the wall. Perhaps groups of young people who want to stay up late wouldn't find issue with this, but for our family who wanted a good night's sleep after a day of skiing, we struggled. Also, our ground floor windows were unlocked and poorly installed so that the locks were misaligned. When I called the manager to see if a maintenance person could come and properly close the window, he asked if I could stand on the spinning stool from the pac man machine and do it myself. Seemed like a crappy way to respond to a guest and odd that there was no concern about liability. Ultimately, it took three of us to align the window and lock it with one of us balancing on the sketchy spinning stool. I'd stay here if I was in my 20s and desperate, but if you want sleep and an adequate experience, look elsewhere.
