The Palms is a gated property that offers a brand new 6 person hot-tub, corn-hole, ping pong, and putting green. If you’re up for a bbq and a cozy outdoor bonfire we have it all covered and included with your stay. In case of a HURRICANE, you can cancel free of charge and get a full refund.

Our home welcomes you with a beautiful private backyard oasis with tropical plants, Palm trees, a brand new relaxing 6-person hot tub! In the outdoor patio you will see a full sized ping pong table, a putting green and a corn hole toss game. The patio has a cozy, relaxing vibe with tropical landscape and palm trees with seating area around a fire pit for night time bonfires or making delicious s’mores! We also provide a barbecue grill with a full tank of propane for making burgers or grilled steaks!

Indoors you will find a bright, clean, stylish interior with modern furniture and a unique touch of Zen & tranquil beach vibe to provide a very relaxing atmosphere!

The property is fully fenced and comes with an automatic gate for security. The LONG GATED DRIVEWAY can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, or even a 32 ft boat trailer plus 2 additional vehicles.

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.

Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 10 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Security:

This beautiful home is nestled in the safe residential neighborhood of Northwood, surrounded by older and historic homes just one block away from the intracoastal waters of West Palm Beach. It is only 7 minutes from the world famous Palm Beach, Singer Island, Margaritaville Cruise port, Palm Beach Airport, Downtown and within 10 minutes of many white sand beaches. The home is fully renovated and stands out as the nicest property in the area.

The Palms is minutes away from world-class scuba and snorkeling sites. Peanut Island water shuttles are 5 minutes away and will take you to amazing snorkeling underneath crystal blue waters and thousands of colorful fish, manatees and sea cows. You are also minutes away from top scuba experience. Many diving destinations provide access to more than one wreck, but few have as many sunken vessels concentrated in a single area as does West Palm Beach. What truly sets this area apart is not in the total number of wrecks, but more in their placement, which in many cases are close enough to one another divers can actually explore two to four wrecks on a single submersion.

Located in the charming neighborhood of Northwood, West Palm Beach FL. We are a within walking distance to Flagler Ave and the Intracoastal waters. Being in the Northwood community, it is surrounded by many older and historic homes in a safe and newly developing neighborhood. We are a block away from a brand new, multi-million dollar waterfront condo that just opened in 2023.

We are under 10 minutes from Pam Beach, Peanut and Singer Island! It's also within walking distance to the Intracoastal waters and Rybovich Safe Harbor Marina. Close to multiple Hospitals. The home is walking distance to a waterfront park perfect for dogs, families and launching water toys such as jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards. Only 3 miles to downtown West Palm Beach and within a few minutes to many excellent restaurants and shops.

We are minutes away from many restaurants, shopping outlets, beaches and other attractions. The house is surrounded by many older and historic homes and stand out as the nicest property in the area. Its proximity to Flagler Ave, the Intracoastal, Downtown West Palm Beach and the airport, makes it an ideal launching pad to explore West Palm Beach. We do recommend renting a car or using Uber to get around as public transportation is not as convenient.

If you would like EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate this if the day is available or if we do not have to do any maintenance work at the property. Early check-in may be subject to an early check-in fee of up to $200 depending on the time.

HURRICANE/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, and other high-wind events. Hurricane season in Florida runs from June to November, with the peak months being August/September.

BOOKINGS IN HURRICANE SEASON (June-November):

They are RARE, but, if, at any time, The Palms is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the “incidence cone” is expected to remain focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of one (1), or more:

• You have the option of cancelling the remainder of your stay, at no penalty to you, if we are within the published incidence cone, at seventy-two (72) hours prior to landfall;

• At forty-eight (48) hours prior to your arrival, if we remain in the incidence cone, we will, regretfully, have to cancel your booking. Our buildings are wood-frame/stucco, and not secure enough to be safe in a high-wind event.

Weather-related communications outages may impact our ability to contact you, but we will make every effort.

Your charges for your stay will be refunded, if already collected, by Airbnb.

We will provide you with a voucher to use at a future date, that is valid if The Palms WPB is operational.

ACTIVE STAYS WHEN A HURRICANE IS APPROACHING:

If you are staying at The Palms when it falls under Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch, with our property within the published “incidence cone” within forty-eight (48) hours, while you are staying with us, if the storm has the potential to reach a Category 1 level or greater, we will advise you to curtail your stay, and make arrangements to leave the area.

While we have hurricane windows and doors, our proximity to the intercoastal waterway puts us in an evacuation zone. You agree to depart the premises when requested to do so by The Palms staff, or the local authorities.

You will be advised of any changes in your entrance, or exit, for either of our buildings, if management deems that your safety is at-risk.

If we are forced to close, the remaining balance of your stay will be credited to you. If you booked through a service, see their policies for such a credit, if any. If you booked directly with us, you will receive a voucher for a future stay if we are operational.

If we are notified by the news and/or National Weather Service that there will be a window where a hurricane, of any category strength, will pass through our area, we will close the house(s) down 48 hours prior, or as soon as is possible, and ask all guests to vacate.
