Guest access
Guests have access to entire home and property except the locked entry closet. Guests are not allowed to utilize the slide next to the swimming pool (see House Rules)
Other things to note
This home is 2.5 miles from Sierra View Medical Center, for any traveling medical professionals this is a great location with quick and easy access to the hospital.

We allow guests to stay for a maximum of 29 nights per reservation. On the 30th day they are required to checkout so that we can have our cleaning crew come in and make sure the house is cleaned up. A guest could make back to back reservations if they wish to stay longer than 30 days, and they can check back in that same day, we just need to clean in between those reservations.

**If you have children, PLEASE do not take your eyes off them when they are in or around the pool, being safe and aware around water is so very important! We highly suggest using life jackets for all children who might be in or around the pool. If you are concerned about your child going outside without you knowing, there is an alarm on the sliding glass door that you can activate that will alarm very loudly to alert you when the door is opened.
