Casa Strack invites you to relax.
Beautiful, modern and state-of-the-art home with breathtaking sea views. The house was completely renovated in 2019. The beach, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol station and Laguna Village are just 5 minutes from the house.

The excellent location, the various sports activities such. B. Mountain biking, hiking, squad riding, horse riding, tennis and of course golf in the immediate vicinity possible. The house is lovingly furnished. The kitchen includes everything that every cook or chef wishes. Induction cooker, microwave, stir bar, blender, smoothie maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle etc.

In this kitchen nothing has to be left out. On the spacious panoramic terrace with Markiese is a gas barbecue. The house has air conditioning, washing machine, clothes horse and a pull-out clothesline and iron, hair dryer, beach towels, bed linen and towels are available. As well as free Wi-Fi and a 65-inch Smarth TV with the streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Puro Beach and Laguna Village invite you to shop and relax. Here you will find several restaurants. We wish you and your family an unforgettable stay in our Casa

Toller, erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben das Haus von Georg für drei Wochen in den Sommerferien bezogen. Wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden, wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief kontaktlos und einwandfrei. Es ist ein Reihenhaus, in der Eingangs-Etage befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, der Essbereich und die Küche. In der unteren Etage, von der aus man auch zum Pool gelangt, liegen die 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Wir haben den tollen freien Ausblick Richtig Meer von der oberen Terrasse, der direkt vom Wohnzimmer abgeht, sehr genossen. Das Wohnzimmer und die drei Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Pool war toll, wir hatten ihn fast für uns alleine. Ein Auto, was man hier dringend benötigt, konnte man direkt vor dem Eingang des Hauses parken. Das war sehr praktisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder. Sehr hervorzuheben ist auch der wirklich sehr nette Kontakt zum Vermieter, Georg ☺️ liebe Grüße an dich und bis hoffentlich bald mal wieder 🙋‍♀️
