El Paraiso is a grand representative mansion elegantly situated above the city, in the shadow of Montgo, the 752 meter high landmark.
The villa offers beautiful views of the city, castle and sea. The large community pool (about 20 × 9 m) is intregiert in a fascinating park.
At about 6500qm are the lawn and sports meadow and a children's playground for our little guests. The nearby shops are

easily reachable in 15 minutes on foot.
Denia is a typical Mediterranean town. Its inhabitants have an open, simple and hospitable character.
Dénia has a decadent 15 km sandy beach and allows to enjoy the sea in all its facets along the coast, the many nautical sports

allowed (snorkeling and diving, personal watercraft, sailing, windsurfing, etc.) The marine reserves in front of the Dénia harbor are the El Dorado for everyone

Other sports facilities are offered by the nearby golf courses, and the beautiful coastal landscape also invites to biking, hiking, horseback riding and trekking.
