Great location for a long stay

Enjoyed my stay generally. Great location and large balcony to enjoy the winter sunshine Landlady very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. I believe the apartment is being refurbished as I write this (March 2025).

Alles bisschen durcheinander

Die Wohnung kann ich nicht bewerten . Die Vermieterin hat mich 3 Tage vorher angeschrieben und gesagt das in der Wohnung das Badezimmer defekt ist. Sie hat mir eine andere Wohnung angeboten (im selben Haus auf der der selber Etage)Habe die Wohnung genommen.Komischerweise lebt die Vermieterin in der Ferienwohnung und es war kein Handwerker zwecks Reparatur zu sehen oder zuhören.

Hi, you cannot see a worker or heard to do repair because you never was in the apartment, and because it is difficult to find puctual worlers. you spent very few hours in the aprtmente which was cheap and very nice, and you never complained. Anyway, thanks for respecting my apartment.

Un apartamento sencillo, acogedor y util para pasar un fin de semana con amig@s! cerca de la playa y ubicado en la carretera principal que te lleva a prácticamente todos los restaurantes playas discotecas etc. Los vecinos muy majos tambien!!

Servicio contratado y no existente

Llegamos el día 5 a las 13:15 como nos había citado la persona de confianza de la propietaria. Una de mis peticiones era que hubiera wifi, y la persona de confianza nos dijo que ella no sabía nada. La propietaria, al ponerme en contacto con ella me dijo que si. A las 0:40 intentamos conectarnos a la wifi y no era posible. Tanteé a la propietaria porque era tarde y después de varias preguntas me dijo que el problema debía de ser de mi teléfono (de Los cuatro que llevábamos). Al final nos dijo que el router lo tiene en el apartamento de al lado que tenía alquilado también y que no iba a llamar a esas horas al otro inquilino para preguntar. Nos escribió un whatsapp diciendo que a partir de las 10 de la mañana del día siguiente, 6 de agosto, llamaría a los otros inquilinos. Al día siguiente si teníamos wifi, que no llega a todo el apartamento y le estoy pidiendo a la propietaria que me resarza por haberme vendido un servicio que no pude usar. Para mi trabajo es imprescindible ya que el día 6 es el último día para transmitir facturas a Hacienda y yo quería haberlo hecho cuando llegue al apartamento pero fue imposible que esta señora me lo solucionara. Como se enfadó mucho, me mando varios audios gritándome, que luego borró y como prueba tengo toda la conversación de whatsapp guardada. El apartamento no está mal, aunque la habitación con dos camas pintada en morado es demasiado calurosa y con un ventilador de techo muy ruidoso. El aire acondicionado del salón no llega a esa habitación, el horno estaba roto y no pudimos usarlo, esta información me la dio el día 5 la propietaria. La cocina está con muebles nuevos y pintada nueva pero huele mucho a humedad. Pese a estas pegas el apartamento esta bien localizado y situado para lo que yo necesitaba, pero con la misma propietaria no alquilaré nunca otra casa. Gracias.

Hola senora, el servicio de wifi, HAY, como tengo 2 apartamentos uno de lado de l'otro el router se encuentra en l'apartamento de lado, cuando usted llego la informe inmediatamente, (tengo mensaje guardado) luego a las 0.40 usted me telefono como si fuera un hotel 5 estrelas 24 h desk. yo le explique que el problema podia ser que el inquilino de lado hubiera apagado por error el router, y usted pretendia arreglamento inmediato (telefonar a l'inquilino de lado a la madrugada. la manana siguente yo lo llame y el encendio a las 8.30. A notar que el serivicio wifi HAY, pero no es verdad que usted pidio este servicio como imprescindible, no hay nada de eso en sus peticiones. Pero el servicio hay y le falto SOLO de las 0.40 a las 8.30 lamento que usd ponga opiniones personales sobre mi cuando ust me despierto en plena noche como si fuera un incendio, el servicio solo le falto de las 0.40 a las 8.30. Ademas usted me ecribio que antes de poner la recension aqui, esperava ver si yo le enviava dinero. Un chantaje, lamento que no le guste el color de las paredes, pero estan en las fotos, y nadie la obligo a reservar.

Casa molto accogliente, spaziosa e soprattutto pulita. Accesso al mare vicino, spiagge grandi e mare stupendo! La sera si può comodamente cenare nelle vicinanze o semplicemente fare una passeggiata. I proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Siamo già d'accordo con il proprietario per tornare nel periodo estivo!
