All apartments are particularly centrally located but still quiet between the main station u. Königsplatz on the 3rd floor m. Lift. Due to the good transport connections U- and S-Bahn connection at the main station, U-Bahn at Königsplatz, streetcar corner Dachauer-/Karlstraße as well as the central yet quiet location in the Munich city, it is the ideal starting point to explore the whole city on foot. A comfortable small apartment

The unit has one bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. The living room sleeper sofa is a small double but very high quality. The best I've seen! The kitchen is lightly supplied with dishes. The refrigerator is small and not very cold so you will need to shop frequently if you plan to cook. The bathroom is large with a great layout. The keycode door locks are cumbersome and take some getting used to. I found the clothes washer and dryer to work well, but all controls are in German. The neighborhood is convenient to tram and train stops. I would stay here again if I return to Munich.

We drove in for Oktoberfest. The apartment we stayed in (apt C) was nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was convenient in regards to restaurants and stores. Would stay there again.
