If FUN is your top vacation priority, we invite your group (of up to 8 people to stay at our fantastic beach townhouse. We are located within the quiet and fabulous Gulfwalk complex, just a short 5 min walk to the most beautiful beaches in Florida, and just minutes from premium shopping & dining.
Escape to our little slice of paradise and enjoy an on-site sparkling pool, HD TVs with Roku, and blazing-fast WiFi. **Pet-Friendly!

You'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation right at your fingertips at our fun beach townhouse. Its prime location puts you steps from the powder-white beaches and is only mins from the hottest beach-side restaurants and shopping! Our property backs up to the shared Gulf Walk pool, practically in your backyard!

We provide a FREE beach wagon, umbrella, and two chairs to take with you on your daily beach adventures ($50 daily savings)! Our home sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

If working is a must while on vacation, don't worry! You can enjoy blazing-fast WiFi for all of your work or streaming needs. Our loaded game room and the sparkling pool will keep everyone entertained if you need quiet time for work.

Here's the house breakdown, so you'll know exactly what to expect:

Kitchen: If you love cooking while on vacation, you'll be happy to find everything you need and then some in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a double toaster, a blender for morning smoothies, a coffee maker, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You'll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals in-home.

Dining: Enjoy plenty of seating for meals with our large family-style dining table and breakfast bar seating. There's room for everyone! There's also a 2nd level balcony and ground-level patio to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

Living Room: Enjoy plenty of comfy seating for everyone while you relax and stream your favorite show or movie on the 50" TV with Roku. The living room opens up to the covered patio and a lovely courtyard view.
There's also a pull-out sofa bed for two.

Bedrooms (2nd floor): Rest easy, knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep with two full bedrooms and four beds, all with luxury mattresses.

Want to grill some fresh seafood? Plan an evening cookout on the back patio with our furnished propane gas barbecue grill while the kids swim or enjoy the loaded game room!

+There is a full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, so you can conveniently launder your clothes daily.
+A highchair can be provided for your little ones.

Great pet friendly close to beach

Check in was a breeze. Close walk to public beach access and quick drive or bike to restaurants. Home and furnishings were cute and just as pictured! Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Owners were very responsive. The dryer didn’t work on the auto setting and the dishwasher didn’t work during our stay but the property owner was quick to respond to our alerting them to the issue and hopefully that’s fixed now! There is no way to lock the garage so our bikes and other items couldn’t be kept outside. The handle on the beach wagon was rusted off but there was a beach “stroller” available. Loading/hauling the chairs into that was difficult but it got the job done! We couldn’t get the vacuum to turn on, perhaps operator error but luckily we brought our own. It appears there was a missing remote for the living room ceiling fan as there was no way to keep the fan on but turn the light off. Each room came with a box or oscillating fan and the master bed was very comfortable. Having access to the property’s beach chairs and umbrella was great! We would book again.

Great location

Overall a great spot to spend a family vacation. There was work being performed on the condos on both sides of the unit and the workers kept leaving debris everywhere.

Our House is located in the fabulous Gulf Walk complex, right across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile to Winn Dixie -a close place for groceries. The Surf Hut, across the street, is excellent for a fried grouper sandwich, and you're one mile from a great outlet shopping center.

Gulf Walk Complex is centrally located in the heart of everything you need for a fabulous vacation! With its prime location, a lot of exciting activities await you here!
A beach trip will never be complete without trying out thrill-seeking beach activities, such as parasailing, jet-skiing, or banana boating, so head on to the watersports rentals and water parks nearby for a fun and unforgettable adventure! If you are looking for something unique and more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are worth the experience!
For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just minutes away from our beach home. We're just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's large designer factory, featuring over 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons, with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway and has a movie theater! Indeed, you will never run out of things to do while on vacation with us!
Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.
