Family weekend get away

Our family loved the home! It was perfect for our family and the arcade games were a hit with everyone!!! Plenty of room for the kids and adults to enjoy!!

Awesome Stay

We had a blast at Lava! The place was well suited for a large family gathering. We had grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins. The host was very communicative and everything was amazing.

Awesome Sibling Outing!

WE had a great time!!! It was perfect for our family. We loved having enough seats to fit us all at mealtime. Soaking at Lava one night was a highlight. The pickleball courts at the park and the golf course were also enjoyed.

Weekend family reunion

This place was awesome! So many bedrooms and bathrooms! The kitchen & dining room area was spacious and fit my large extended family very well. We loved being right next to the park with the pickleball courts. The host was very responsive and kind. Definitely a huge win for me and my family!

Great house with lots of rooms!

We really enjoyed this house. The ice maker was a definite bonus. A game room as well as the garage with games allowed everyone to stay entertained. The hosts were especially responsive and attentive to any concerns we had. We would be happy to stay here again.

Large Enough

The property was set up to accommodate our large group and we loved the versatility that the 10 rooms gave us. It is six blocks from downtown, so it was 3 minutes to all the activities but away from the noise and congestion of it all.

Family Christmas 2023

It was nice for each of our kids to have their own room. The rooms were nice 10 bedrooms, each room had a toilet and sink about half had a shower as well. Very nice for families with lots of children and grandchildren.

High school classmates

We had a group of fourteen women who graduated high school together. The property was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bathroom. We were close to downtown and it had plenty of dining space. It was in a quiet neighborhood, too. We will be coming back soon!

The Get Together Inn

Our stay was amazing. The rental is close enough to to hustle and bustle of Lava but far enough that you can enjoy sitting out on the patio and enjoy and nice cup of coffee or the evening without the crowds. The kitchen is awesome for preparing meals for large groups. The large tv and large sofa in the front room made movie nights fun! The kids (and adults) really loved the arcade games too. The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for our large group! The fire pit and grill made it nice to sit on the back patio and have a bbq. We will absolutely stay in this rental the next time we travel to Lava!

Perfect place

I was a little skeptical about staying but it could not have been any better! The individual rooms with toilets worked perfect for our 8 family groups. It is located on the west end of town on a quiet corner close to a park and downtown. Full stocked with cooking equipment, two large refrigerators, seating for everyone and lots of on street parking. The BBQ and fire pit worked great. The ice maker was a big bonus! Megan was responsive to my questions. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Great place for a family reunion

This was the perfect place for our family of 17. Close to a park and a short walk to downtown Lava and the swimming pool. This house had a small and large game room that the kids loved, and in addition a nice big screen TV in the living room for everyone. The beds were very comfy and each room had it's own bathroom. Megan was always quick to get back to me with answers to my questions. The owners gifted us with s'more fixins, bottled water and chips which was a very nice gesture indeed. The house was clean, well decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a super fun weekend. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location in Lava Hot Springs

We loved our stay at Get Together Inn in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. The Inn is all on one level with a big gathering room and dining room with lots of tables and chairs. The kitchen has a large gas stove and two large refrigerators. And a nice granite countertop for food preparation. Every room has either a king or queen bed and a small bathroom. And there is a small game room. It is located just across the back field from a city park with pickleball/tennis courts, basketball courts, and baseball diamond, and lots of grass by the slides and jungle gym. Lots of fun for all the kids. And it’s just a few blocks from the center of town and the hot pools. Perfect place for our family reunion.

Family gathering

This place is very unique as it makes a great place for family gatherings. The property is in a quiet part of town near a park and not far from downtown or any of the attractions. The large common area with lots of table space and chairs was ideal and there is also a small game room for the kids that they loved. The property could use some maintenance although there is nothing there that is bad. As noted by other reviewers, there is only one common shower although for us this wasn't a problem because we simply showered at the pool or hot springs. Each room has a toilet and sink athough there is no door for the toilet. Everyone in our group had a good time and we recommend the property to other families.

Little motel getaway in Lava

Our group had a nice long weekend at Megan's place in Lava Hot Springs. The amenities of the property were great, and the town is super cool. Megan was super quick and responsive to our inquiries and even brought us a new coffee maker on the second day after we discovered the original one was not working properly. Oh and the beds were super comfy! Best pillows ever. Only downside was the limited showering situation, which wasn't ideal for 11 people. Of the three available, only the master bedroom shower was inviting enough (that we all shared). Maybe it's time for a bathroom upgrade in the future? Otherwise our stay was comfortable and fun! Such a cool little town and the natural hot springs were so relaxing as well.

Great place for family reunion

Amount of space was great. Property is in process of being updated. New showers are not finished. Condition of shower in main bathroom was not usable. Carpet could be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. Amount of hot water was not adequate for 26 people per listing. The outside garage door needs to be repaired. The game room was fun for the teens and pre-teens. The kitchen was perfect for our large family gathering; two refrigerators, ice-maker, two ovens, and ample burners. The front porch and patio with gas fire pit and barbecue grill was enjoyable in the evenings.

Great space for a big family

We stayed here with our large family of 13 adults and 13 kids ages 0-10! The rooms were all great with large beds, and lots of options of fold out beds and pack n plays for the littles. Everything was super clean, there were plenty of clean linens, kitchen items, and we enjoyed the little treat they left on the counter for us! Our kids especially loved the game room and TVs in almost every room. This is great house to host a large family or friends get together. The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely want to come back!

Perfect place for large family get together!

The perfect place for a large family to spend quality time together. Comfortable beds, room to spread out-and the game room for the kids was perfect! Loved our stay here and would totally recommend!
