The property was clean and host was quick to respond. The property appeared as it was described online. The shops in Nashville were a quick 20 minute drive and the Hard Truth Distillery is a must!

Very convenient location to what we had planned. The cabin had everything you needed for your stay. The covered porch was a wonderful addition and was used by my daughter as she read her bible in the evening. Should we be back in the area we will definitely look to stay here again.

We used this VRBO simply as a place to sleep as my parents have downsized and no longer have space for the whole family. That said, it was nice and cozy. Clean, cute and comfortable for the nights! Would be an awesome place in the summer, so we may be back.

Horrible gasoline smell but a beautiful place

We were so excited for our fall weekend in Brown County. However upon entering this cabin we were hit with an obnoxiously potent gasoline smell. Within 20 mins I had a raging headache and my husband, who works in a factory and is used to all kinds of horrible smells, was also complaining. We figured out the smell was coming through the ac vents from the attached garage where the property owner keeps his mowers. The rental management company was prompt to answer my concerns and sent over help, but the smell never got better. We eventually had to turn off the ac and just open the windows. Thankfully it was cool enough in the evening that we didn’t need the ac. On the plus side the property was very well designed and clean! My son loved the swing set. However, the property can be very difficult to find in the dark. If we do come back to Brown County we won’t be choosing to stay at this property again.
