A lovingly furnished duplex house with 4 bedrooms and 2 terraces overlooking the sea and overlooking the golf course "La Noria". On the ground floor you will find a living room with dining area and a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, Bosch washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The stairs lead to the first floor with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the master bedroom you can reach the terrace with a beautiful sea view but also the mountain range behind Mijas Pueblo offers breathtaking views. There are another three bedrooms on the upper floor that can be used as needed each as a double bed or with two single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe. The condominium is very quiet and well maintained. You will find a rare and very pleasant mix of Spanish residents, Spanish weekenders and short and long-term travelers. The pool area is generously designed with tarpaulins. Parasols, toilets and showers can also be used. The swimming pool is guarded by a trained lifeguard during its opening hours. Young and old can use the swimming pool with 140-160 cm. The baby pool is very well visible and surrounded by a bench and other umbrellas. The holiday home has a closed and video monitored garage parking space and a parking space. The entire residential complex is completed and can only be entered by authorized persons.

Zona tranquila, pero cerca de playa, supermercado, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. La vivienda está en excelentes condiciones, en la que no falta nada de lo necesario y el propietario muy atento desde el principio de la reserva.
A wonderful property ideal for a family of five, located very conveniently on Costa del Sol but quiet yet close to the beach. The hostess is wonderful and available, the manager as well and we had everything we needed, including a parking! It was a great vacation!
