The planting of the terrace and the equipment with pergola, parasol, chairs, table, sun loungers complete this small loft to a true holiday paradise.

The beaches Rotas are excellent in terms of spaciousness (14km), variety (city beach, natural beach, dunes, child-friendly family beach), cleanliness and facilities.

The closer and further surroundings invite to interesting excursions and activities.

Equipment and Facilities: All apartments have 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. Only in duplex "Fray Ambrosio" is the kitchen integrated into the living-dining area.
The kitchens are generously equipped and suitable for self-catering. You have a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and blender available. We have provided dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for you in sufficient quantities.
All bedrooms are equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
Cots are available on request.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, sink, storage, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer.
The living-dining area is furnished with sofa, armchairs, side table and reading lamp. There is also a dining table with at least 4 chairs.
A modern TV and internet access (WLAN) are available in each apartment free of charge.

Services: In the Casa Atlántica we offer individual living with unobtrusive service. Furnished in a modern, comfortable, Andalusian-inspired style, our apartments are comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Both the weekly change of bed linen and towels and the final cleaning on departure are included.
