Location excellent and sea view as advertised. The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well equipped but would benefit from a a bit of tlc and would probably suit a family group better than adults only (as we were) re bed/bedroom/bathroom sizing. Still had a good 4 week holiday exploring the area again. Thanks

The most spectacular views in Rota!
Pablo is simply the best. He communicated every step of the way before, during and after our month long stay. The pictures are exactly how this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment look inside. Nothing misleading. This is right in the heart of Rota with wonderful restaurants and bars in every direction within walking distance. We didn’t need a car ( although there is garage parking). We came from West Virginia and there are several English speaking places that made it easy to order, make friends and communicate effortlessly.
We will definitely return and stay in this beautiful, safe and gated apartment again.
