About this property

Comfortable newly renovated apartment with a large balcony u. 2 bedrooms

The holiday home "Am Markt" is located in the heart of the old town of Zell at the famous "Zeller Schwarze Katz Brunnen", opposite the town hall and has three holiday apartments. All apartments are newly renovated and newly furnished and will be able to welcome holiday guests for the first time this year.

Apartment No. 2 is approx. 80 m² in size and consists of a light-flooded living-dining area with a high quality fully equipped kitchen and exit to the approx. 20 m² balcony with a breathtaking view of the Moselle. The master bedroom has a queen size box spring bed. Optionally, guests have a 2. Bedroom with 2 single beds available. The modern daylight bathroom with walk-in shower completes the offer.
Bicycles can be parked in the basement.
There are free parking spaces approx. 250 m away

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Trier , Luxemburg und Burg Eltz waren gut zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bäcker und Fleischer sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Abends kann man die Terasse und den Blick auf die Mosel genießen. Klare Empfehlung

Es war einfach toll! Vom großen Balkon aus direkter Blick auf die Mosel. Frachter und Kreuzfahrer schippern vorbei, der Blick zum anderen Ufer hin auf Weinberge. Eine tolle Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter, ein super Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Plätzchen mit tollem Ausblick

Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Der Ausblick auf die Mosel ein Traum. Es ist sehr geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit großen Kindern. Leider gibt es vor Ort sehr wenige Aktivitäten mit Kleinkindern. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns eine schöne Zeit gemacht!

Fantastischer Blick

Der direkte Blick von der Wohnung und vom Balkon auf die Mosel war sehr schön. Ständig gab es etwas zu beobachten. Insgesamt kann man von Zell aus viele Ausflüge als Wanderungen, vor allem aber mit dem Rad und natürlich auch per Auto unternehmen. Ein idealer Standort, an den man abends sehr gern zurückkehrt. Danke für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Ein super Urlaub an der Mosel liegt hinter uns, das herrliche Quartier hatte ganz erheblichen Anteil daran. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wandern in traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Wohnzimmer- und Balkonblick auf die Mosel. Direkt im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man in direktem Umkreis. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Kommunikation war jederzeit ohne Probleme möglich. Kostenloser Dauerparkplatz ca. 150 m abseits. Für unseren Zweck einer Wanderwoche war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthaltsort. Ausdrückliche Empfehlung.

Tolle Gegend - Tolle Unterkunft - Tolle Gastgeber

Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung und vom riesigen Balkon ist fenomenal. Trotzdem wir kurz nach dem Hochwasser dort waren, war die Wohnung tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum des kleinen Ortes Zell gelegen. Es gibt eine gute Bäckerei und eine sehr gute Metzgerei zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. 3 Daumen Hoch
