Kitchen and bathrooms: The spacious kitchen is well equipped, u. a. with dishwasher. There are two modern bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower - one on the ground floor (with whirlpool tub), one on the first floor.Washer and dryer are available. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Bedroom: The holiday home has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a room with a single bed. Sufficient space for one or two families. If required, additional cot or travel cot can be provided. Terrace: The terrace is a real highlight.From here you have a wonderful view of the expanse of the Hunsrück and on the huge meadow with fruit trees. Children can let off steam here to their heart's content. Adults of course ... There is also a wood-burning barbecue.

Wenn es was zum Meckern gab, dann über das nasskalte Wetter im August. Der Checkin verlief super freundlich ab. Mir wurde alles gezeigt, alle Infos waren vorhanden. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ofen ist nicht gerade die Rakete, doch zum Backen waren wir auch nicht da.Umgebung/Einkaufen:In Emmelshausen gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Banken. Einziger Haken, ohne Auto ist das eine ordentlich Strecke (Auto ist ein Muss). Dafür hat man vorm Haus keine Parkplatzprobleme.Fazit: Immer wieder gern.

Zwischen Mosel und Rhein, sehr fein gelegen

Top Lage und eine Tolle Dorfgemeinschaft machen es einem Leicht sich wohl zu fühlen. Ideale Entfernungen in nach Cochem oder Boppard, Koblenz bzw. Burg Eltz. Schöne gut gepflegte Wanderwege in der Nähe machen Lust auf ein wiederkehren

Kurzurlaub

Wir wurden von Frau Beres sehr freundlich begrüßt und durch das Ferienhaus geführt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Auch der Ort ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Die nächste Stadt ist Emmelshausen und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Frau Beres war auch sehr hilfsbereit als wir unseren Kurzurlaub leider krankheitsbedingt absagen mussten. Wir würden uns freuen wieder dort wohnen zu dürfen.

Liebe Frau Beres

Wir haben 10 schöne erholsame Urlaubstage in ihrem Ferienhaus gehabt. Obwohl das Wetter nicht besonders war haben wir sehr viele Ausflüge an Mosel , Rhein und in die Eifel gemacht die schnell zu erreichen waren. Die Terrasse haben wir oft genutzt immer wenn das Wetter es zuließ. Gerne empfehlen wir sie weiter. Liebe Grüße Gabi Birk

Just perfect for me

Quietly situated with a beautiful view of the nearby forests. Very nice hostess. Wlan was al little thin bud motivated the most needed getaway from my cellphone. Very nice hiking trails just from the apartment. Dreamtrail "Bergheidenweg" you must see! (a 10km super hike) Rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op de nabijgelegen bossen. Zeer aardige gastvrouw. Wlan was een beetje dunne knop die de meest noodzakelijke ontsnapping uit mijn mobiel motiveerde. Zeer mooie wandelpaden net vanuit het appartement. Droomroute "Bergheidenweg" moet je gezien hebben! (een superwandeling van 10 km) Ruhig gelegen mit schöner Aussicht auf die umliegenden Wälder. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wlan war ein bisschen dünn und motivierte mich dazu, mein Handy am dringendsten zu verlassen. Sehr schöne Wanderwege direkt von der Wohnung aus. Traumtrail „Bergheidenweg“ den Sie gesehen haben müssen! (eine 10 km lange Superwanderung)

Fijne vakantie woning in prachtige omgeving

We hebben een fijn lang weekend met vrienden verbleven in dit vakantiehuis. Het is ruim, er zijn erg goede bedden, en een vaatwasmachine is ook altijd fijn. De douche boven mengt niet altijd lekker, maar er zijn twee badkamers. De omgeving is prachtig, je bent zo bij de Moezel en ook de Rijn is niet ver.

Traumschleifen um Morshausen

Das Ferienhaus ist super geeignet für einen Wanderurlaub im Hunsrück. Mosel und Rhein sind nicht weit. Auch die Dorfwirtschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe ist einladend trotz der kleinen Speisekarte.
