Row to the Baltic Sea and the center of Scharbeutz is about a 5-minute walk away. Bakers and shopping facilities as well as the Scharbeutz pier are in the immediate vicinity.

The space in the one-room apartment is used cleverly and offers space for up to 2 people. In the living room and bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide). Furthermore, the apartment has a cozy couch corner and a dining area. The space was also optimally used in the open kitchen, so that you can conjure up small culinary highlights here. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. The furnished sun balcony offers pure relaxation and a fantastic sea view. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room of the house can be used for a fee.

The smart TV in the living room provides entertainment in the evening. WLAN access is also included. You can enjoy your own music via the mobile Bluetooth speaker and the bathroom also has a built-in radio.

Small but nice: The 32 m² are optimally used with modern and stylish furnishings and leave nothing to be desired. The interior design in Scandinavian style with lots of white and different light sources looks airy and timeless. Selected designer furniture and decorative elements complete this apartment.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Für zwei Personen war die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend. Nur das Bett war im Verhältnis zu groß, etwas zu weich und es hat geknarrt. Lage ist super. Stellplatz war leider nur ein Schotterplatz direkt am Abhang. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Scharbeutz ist ein toller Urlaubsort.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit einigen Mängeln

Sehr hübsche, kleine Wohnung nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Schöne Einrichtung und Meeresrauschen inklusive. Allerdings war sie bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt hat offensichtlich ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Kontakt mit der Vermietungsfirma war sehr freundlich, aber bezüglich der Mängel gab es nur bedingt Hilfe. Nach Beseitigung aller Mängel sicher wieder eine tolle Urlaubsunterkunft.
