About this property

Holiday house on the edge of Schönbuch

The house with 90 m² is located in Kayh, a small village, 5 km to Herrenberg, on the edge of Schönbuch. A local recreation area for hikers, cyclists and mountain bike fans as well as nature lovers with its interesting flora and fauna. It was completely renovated in 2019 and is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Coffee and espresso machine for Nespresso capsules and extensive kitchen equipment. A cozy living room with fireplace invites you to cozy evenings. Wi-Fi can be used, as well as a large flat screen TV for entertainment in the living room. The double bedroom is under the roof with many built-in closets. There is a sofa bed in the anteroom and offers space for another guest. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. A basic set of kitchen spices is available and a small welcome gift invites you to a first evening in front of the fireplace or on the veranda. On the ground floor, which is also heated, there is an anteroom with the possibility to switch on your bicycles and behind it there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and everything to prepare the laundry like at home. The parking lot for the car is right next to the house.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man fast alles, was man üblicherweise braucht in einem guten Zustand. Da der Bäcker im Ort seine Filiale leider aufgegeben hat wäre ein Toaster eine gute Ergänzung in der Küche. Insgesamt fühlt man sich allerdings sehr wohl.

Entspannter Wochenendausflug

Die geschmackvoll renovierte Wohnung ist gut geeignet für einen Aufenthalt in der Schönbuchregion mit Wanderungen und Tübingenbesuch. Abends kann man entspannt bei einem Glas Wein vor dem Kamin sitzen und den Tag Revue passieren lassen.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da…

Dieses Mal waren wir 9 Tage in dieser so liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu haben auch Pia und Rainer Fath beigetragen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und von hier lässt es sich super zu vielen Ausflügen starten.

Superschöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die neu eingerichtete schöne Ecke im Garten zur Nutzung haben wir gern genutzt. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein sehr liebevoll hergerichteten Häuschen

Der Vermieter hat es verstanden das Objekt mit viel Liebe auszustatten. Auch die bereitgestellte Wäsche war in Ordnung. Außerdem hat der Vermieter auch dafür gesorgt, dass die Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine sofort einsatzfähig war. Will sagen ,Reinigungstabs,Filtertüten, Spüli, Toilettenpapier, alles war vorhanden. Außerdem würden wir mit einem Willkommensgruß bedacht . Das war alles sehr schön. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine absolut zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 1 Woche zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit.

Premium-Häusle

Wir hatten ein super Wochenende, viel Erholung in einem Haus in dem an alles gedacht ist und das auch noch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Für alle die keinen Gelsenkirchener Barock wollen, eine gute Wahl. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, es gibt sogar Kaffeekapseln und den entscheidenden Tipp zur Kaminromantik. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher wieder.
