Great proximity!

Property was relatively clean and very close to many of the things we wanted to do. The unit is in need of repair in a few areas, most importantly the bathroom area. It’s also right next door to another rental unit so if your neighbors come home drunk, you will hear them! Grateful for comfortable beds and a roof over our heads. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great location but unit disappointing

Booked the unit for a family wedding. Unit was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Part of the ceiling fell onto the floor most likely due to the upstairs bathroom faucet being loose causing water leak. Sheets were stained. Dishes were not clean. Main floors were not clean. Food and debris under the couch and cushions. Common stairway was disgusting. Requested refund of cleaning fee, but was denied. Requested name and number for upper management multiple times with no response. Unit was refreshed in some areas but work not finished and photos were not updated online. Very disappointing in the way the situation was handled by management.
