Best location in Downtown St Louis! If you are traveling with a large group, want a memorable experience, and want to stay together then LOOK NO FURTHER! Photographers, artists, musicians, and creative-minded travelers love our space! Absolute best downtown location. Located just a few blocks from ALL Downtown activity! Sporting event, concerts, nightlife, entertainment, and convention goers are our specialty.
Guests also have access to a large shared game room and lounge (with billiards, darts, foosball, 60 inch TVs).
Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RV's, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces and exterior.
One of a kind unique and memorable overnight stay experience. If you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, we may not be for you. Please note, our 3-story warehouse has stairs (no elevator). We do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10+ each. Our facility is not ideal for children or elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not typically accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay.
We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include:
1) The approximate total number of people attending your event?
2) Hours of event?
3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any?
4) Any special request.
5) No confetti in or around the property.

St Louis large group stay is our speciality. Unique intriguing romantic and fun. Not a traditional hotel or house rather a raw and rare warehouse conversion for relaxed and respectful guests. Huge rooms. Combine multiple rooms for more guests when needed. Game room and common space kitchen as well as private kitchens and baths.
