The smithy was built around 1920 by the Harms family and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and rebuilt as a holiday apartment and lovingly renovated in 2017. Ideal to holiday in this natural area "Hollesand". From the private terrace with barbecue, seating and loungers overlooking green horse pastures. An extensive bike path network is waiting for a bike ride z. B. in the "holland sand", the large nature reserve, only 500m away from the house, - Other important information - We have a small dog, a one-year-old half-breed lady, who used to get along very well with other dogs. Either she wants to play or she pulls back, very uncomplicated! So do not be scared and if you like you can of course bring your dog :)

Holiday cottage:
The accommodation has just over 40 square meters. From the entrance area with wardrobe, shoe closet, etc., you come into the beautiful inviting lounge with open kitchen, small TV and direct access to the terrace, where you can 'switch off' very well! A bedroom with a large queen-size bed (180 * 200) and the necessary equipment is located in a quiet area next to the lounge, but is also separated by a door. Last but not least, you have a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 23:00 and departures from 06:00 to 12:00.

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig und der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Genau das, was ich gesucht habe

Sehr idyllisch, toller Charakter des Gebäudes (umgebaute alte Schmiede), absolut ausreichend für ein paar Nächte ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieter, total unkompliziert. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Was man rückblickend vielleicht noch wissen muss: - Es gibt zwar Kochplatten (Glaskeramik-Kochfelder), aber keinen richtigen Backofen. Zum Aufbacken gibt es aber eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Das war in meinem Fall auch ausreichend. - Es gibt Hühner hinterm Haus. Ich fand es sehr witzig und habe das Gackern der Hühner sehr genossen. Die Hähne waren allerdings manchmal schon sehr früh der Meinung, die Sonne würde aufgehen. Da ich aber Urlaub hatte, war das auch nicht weiter schlimm. Ansonsten: Empfehlung: Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzurlaub! Ein tolles Objekt.
