Tiny for Two + Pet! Explore Minimalist Living in this 12' x 24' chic shed studio home in the serene countryside. The yard is fenced for privacy and your small furry friend! Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our unique tiny guest home that is centrally located to lots of activities:

We have two guest homes next to each other with private entrances. The red chic shed has a large porch and an enclosed fenced yard for your ultimate privacy. Come connect with nature and you’ll become more aware of what really matters.

PET RULES
We allow a dog under 20lbs. No Cats unless declawed please. We do not charge a "Pet Fee" however, if there is damage to the home and/ or property you will be responsible for the damage. Please send a picture of your pet. Would love to see them :) Please note: we can not accept dangerous breeds or dogs with biting behaviors for insurance purposes.

We do have free range chickens in our area, so please be courteous and walk your dog on a leash if you go outside the fenced area. Please clean up after your pet also. This will keep the yard clean for everyone. The country road is a great place to walk your dog in the morning!

This is a good place for pet owners on vacation . It was clean and catered to our furry family memberthe kitchen was well supplied with anything you might need on vacation. It is also close to town, yet quiet and peaceful.

Back yard/porch are fantastic. Good location, secluded/quiet but easy to get to beaches and other activities and dining. Only quibble: only lights inside are super-bright overheads. Bedside reading lamps would be great. Wonderful stay overall.

This property was an amazing stay for my best friend and I’s summer trip! The check in process was seamless, communication to find the shed was accurate, and the property itself clean and accommodating! We had spent the days at the beach and then the night at a concert and the location was a short drive and accessible to all surrounding establishments! Highly recommend this stay!

This was such a quiet and beautiful place..... the tiny house was perfect for us. Having the privacy fence was perfect for my fur Baby he really enjoyed it. Everything was close enough to get to in a matter of minutes.

This was our second stay. We love the location as it’s quiet but close to everything we enjoy. Having the outdoor space is so nice. The kitchen is also handy to prepare a little breakfast each morning. The bed is comfy too. Great communication with our host. It’s just perfect for us and affordable. If we could ever make it our own we would!

I personally don't want to leave. Didn't expect how nicely this lil cottage was designed. Simple at the same time every exquisite. I will be coming back in the fall and bringing my new father-inlaw.I will need this unit for him and Buddy which is a old beagle. My wife and I would like the unit behind it. Note; the bed linen is washed in the washer.

This was a beautiful property that I would gladly live in full time if they’d let me. Everything was just right and when they say dog friendly they actually mean it. There was even a welcome basket for our dachshund with general dog supplies and place mats as well as poop bags etc and a pooper scooper outside for walks. The fridge was small but a perfect size for the building. The privacy fenced courtyard was so private and well decorated. It added a lot of living space and a great grill and fire pit. Mattress was top notch and I used to live right up the street so it really is convenient to everything. My girlfriend and I absolutely fell in love with the place and will certainly book again until we get moved back down there. Great space and decor. We didn’t want to leave. Great value for the busy season as well. Love it love it love it!

This was a very nice property. Our dog was the happiest. He does not like to ride in the car, the nice fenced in yard made him and us happy. We enjoyed being able to cook out. The fire pit was nice to sit around and enjoy the outside. We would definitely stay again.
