The deposit is due upon check-in at the latest and is deposited by credit card or check! The deposited deposit is the basis for the check-in, as well as the specification of the personal details of the booking contract partner.

Any damage to the inventory must be reported to us.

All necessary information as well as the house rules are handed over to the guest upon check-in.

One week before check-in at the latest, for insurance reasons, a list of names including gender and age of all arrivals must be sent to us by email, as well as the request for occupancy of the room, including information on which room single beds and which double beds are required.

With the check-out, a joint review of the rented rooms takes place.

Moving furnishings is not permitted in the buildings or in the garden areas!

Additional bookings of rooms, beds, services or services are to be paid for with their booking.

The dishes and cutlery as well as the tables must be cleaned before departure. Household waste is to be disposed of in the designated public container. The topsoils are to be handed over swept clean.

Children, toddlers and people with disabilities are very welcome. However, they are to be announced in advance by the person making the booking and, if necessary, to be discussed with the landlord with regard to special requirements.

Pets are to be registered before departure. A one-time fee of 50 EUR per stay will be charged for each pet brought along.

Events are possible, but should be discussed in advance.

For the additional use of firewood and lighters, a flat rate of EUR 15 per day of use has to be paid.

The laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as two drying racks and laundry baskets can also be rented for a fee of EUR 15 per day. this rental is to be fixed with the travel booking.
