Walk to All! Riverside Balcony with Ski Mountain Views
***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text us your license plate number, state and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
**May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.**

Enjoy the very best of our beautiful mountain town from this lovely, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at the Viking Lodge. Viking Lodge 212 has a private balcony, free wifi, a king sized bed and a washer/dryer in the condo and a full kitchen. The Viking Lodge complex also offers a salt water heated pool (summer only) and hot tub and beautiful, riverfront gardens surrounding the complex. (Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:
1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!
2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.
3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.
4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.
5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
