Holiday in Wilmington

We had a great stay in Wilmington in this unit. It was very spacious with more than enough amenities. Check in and out was easy and the location was perfectly close to all our favorite restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

Great location, some cosmetic and cleanliness issues.

We loved the location and being close to everything. Definitely could use some maintenance as there is quite a bit of mold up near the skylights (on the ceiling) and around the vents. One of the blinds covering the skylight actually fell and just missed hitting my husband while he was sitting on the couch. The number of stairs to get up there was not advertised, which was a surprise but not a dealbreaker. It’s obvious that this is managed by a company and some corners are cut, the furniture needs cleaned and extra blankets in the closet/duvets smelled like they hadn’t been washed.
