In our chic house Villa Martha in the center of the Baltic resort Binz you expect exclusive apartments with exceptional comfort in only a few meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Cafes, boutiques, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance - here you can leave your car confidently in the underground car park of the house and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea wind every day. Even in autumn and in the spring you will spend the most beautiful holidays here: Our in-house sauna, you can use at any time after stormy beach walks to warm up again properly. By the way, rolls for an extended holiday breakfast on the balcony are just around the corner ...

Pearl beach:
The apartment beach pearl in 1. The upper floor of the Villa Martha has a 40 m² roof terrace with views of Binz and the Baltic Sea. The two bedrooms are equipped with TV, wardrobe and double boxspring bed. One bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The second bathroom with the same equipment is accessible from the living room. The living room offers a comfortable couch and 2 armchairs a large TV with SKY and usual TV programs. A chic dining table for 4 people and a kitchenette and a small bar are also in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and hob.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
