Amazing place to just to sit on the back deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of the river, yet only a short walk to the shops and pub.

Home has everything you need. Close by to city, pubs. House was clean and tidy and the host was attentive and responded to any of our needs Thank you for a great stay 🙏

York 272 is just the best. The house is very clean. It has 4 bedooms and 2 bathrooms so plenty of room. Wonderful kitchen equipped with everthing you need. Wood fire in the living area for the colder weather. Fabulous outdoor kitchen with huge bbq,hooded grill and wood fired pizza oven. Large and comfy outdoor furniture. AND a salt water heated spa/pool was heaven even on the cooler days. All this overlooking absolute beachfront. Oh... did i mention the games room...I could go on and on.... do yourself a favour. Thank you Jayne and Michael for sharing this beautiful place.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the glorious Adelaide Hills. It is so well appointed and you can tell that a lot of effort has gone into creating this cosy luxurious space. Ideally located in the Piccadilly Valley overlooking the vineyards, I highly recommend Adelaide Hills House at Summertown for your soulful and calming stay. The accommodation has many thoughtful touches and the attention to detail was something else. The host, presentation and service was perfect, couldn’t imagine spending our anniversary anywhere else. My favourite thing was to snuggle in the comfy bed looking at the mist in the valley below as we downed our morning coffee. The surrounding scenery is stunning, quiet and peaceful. Loved the proximity to local Adelaide Hills wineries, pubs and cafes. Next time we visit, we are sure to book a winery tour and a special dinner with the personal chef. We had the most satisfying and enjoyable stay with a wonderful exeptional host when nothing was too much trouble. We were honoured to be their guests and would highly recommend.We can't wait to go back!

To wake up in the morning with a fantastic view and kangaroos bouncing around. What a fantastic way to relax. Excellent accommodation highly recommended

This last-minute beachside “mini-break” was ideal and so much better than we expected, having literally enquired the night before. While we wanted a quick break and “change of air”, we needed to stay locally due to kids’ sports commitments. Molly was warm, welcoming and quick to respond. The accomodation was more spacious than we expected with a large bathroom and brilliant balcony. Access to the car, in a secure, underground space, was easy and we were lucky enough to be granted an additional space for a second car, set aside for hotel guests, due to a generous reception attendant. The property had plenty of hanging space, great kitchen facilities and a washing machine. We’d DEFINITELY stay again! A great perspective looking over Colley Reserve, with views of the beach also.
