This bustling corner in South Minneapolis features a fenced in back yard with a grill ready to be fired up. The house is in the Kingfield neighborhood of South Minneapolis and is located across the street from Martin Luther King Park.
The home features two bedrooms, a full bath, and a second privacy bathroom in the basement. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful porch out front and also a back patio with seating for up to 4.
Walking distance to Hola Arepa, Victor's 1959 cafe, Five Watt Coffee, Boludo, Petite León, The Lowbrow, Revival, Khâluna and blocks away from Lake Harriet and Lake Bde Maka Ska. Free street parking and one space available in the driveway. Quick access to 35W to get downtown in minutes.
** I am currently in the process of re-furnishing the place, the furniture will be newer and similar to those in the photos. If you have children and would potentially have use for bunk beds, I may be able to accommodate that.
