Our house is centrally located to the motorway on the B3 between Riegel and Kenzingen. It is set back to the B3, which allows central yet quiet sleep. The Europa Park can be reached in 12-15 minutes by car. You can also take buses to the Europa Park. For cultural and enjoyable highlights in Breisgau come here fun and action for the whole family. Thanks to its advantageous location, our location is an ideal starting point for day trips to Strasbourg, Basel, the Black Forest or the Vosges Mountains. Variety is guaranteed for your holiday with us!
You live in our August 2019 newly furnished apartment in the attic with balcony to the north side and free parking and opposite playground. You can expect a new and modern decor and amenities that leaves nothing to be desired.
The bathroom with toilet and shower is fully equipped with hair dryer and shower and towels. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The living / dining room with bedroom and TV, has a bed measuring 180 * 200 cm with 2 single mattresses for better sleeping. In addition, we offer the possibility of 2 sleeper chairs with slatted inside the bedroom. Thus, the apartment is expandable to 4 beds. Therefore the construction site discount. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. Arrival by 20:00 or by appointment and departure, please ask no later than 10:00 clock. Please contact us as soon as you know the approximate arrival time. Our apartment is allergy friendly. Also in the choice of mattresses we have paid attention to quality.

Perfect stay!!!!

Located in a very quiet area, the apartment has all the possible amenities. Very good quality wifi. We were able to connect our device to the TV. Nicole is a great host. We were there on New Year's Eve and she gave us a bottle of cava to celebrate the beginning of the new year. We will surely return to this house, since we have many things left to visit

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schönes kleines Appartement mit einem sehr guten Bett. Einmalige Aussicht und man ist sofort in den Weinbergen oder im Wald. Viele schöne Ortschaften und Radwege. Sehr zu empfehlen wer es nicht zu steil mag.👍👍

Sehr liebe & modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung.

Modern & liebevoll eingerichtet Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was man für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub braucht. In der Küche findet sich von der Kaffeemaschine (inkl. Pads) bis hin zum Korkenzieher alles was man braucht. Auch ein paar Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer & Zucker waren vorhanden. Moderne elekt. Geräte inkl. MW. Der Kühlschrank ist schön leise & stört nicht die nächtliche Ruhe & falls doch kann man die Schiebetür zu machen. Die Betten & Kopfkissen waren super bequem & wir haben wie Murmeltiere geschlafen. Achtung! Die Dachschräge ist niedriger als man denkt, macht das Kuscheln im Bett aber um so romantischer ❤️ Toll ist auch der neue LED-Fernseher, den man bequem in Richtung Bett oder Couch drehen kann. Das Bad hat zwar kein Fenster, ist dennoch hell & ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Wasser wird schnell warm und der Wandspiegel hat eine integrierte Beleuchtung, die via Touch-Funktion aktiviert werden kann. Für die bessere Hälfte ist ein beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel vorhanden. Auch eine integriert elekt. Raumlüftung ist vorhanden. Die zwei Stühle & der Tisch auf dem Balkon laden zum faulenzen ein. Wir haben dort immer gefrühstückt & Abends ein Glas Badischen Wein genossen. Summarum ein tolles Nest zum Kuscheln & Wohlfühlen. Ein dickes Dankeschön an Nicole & Ihren Mann, wir wurden ganz herzlich begrüsst & immer erreichbar. @Nicole: Nochmals vielen Dank für den Tipp zum Steinwasen Park, hat alles bestens geklappt. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt, dann kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. 😀😀😀
