The detached holiday home built in 1973 and is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and Hollywood swing.

A change from the originally stated dates is that the bathroom has been modernized and completely renovated, a shower cubicle has been created instead of a bathtub and new plumbing and taps have been installed. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
