This home has 2 bedrooms and1 bath and has been completely renovated inside and out. The master bedroom features a brand-new king mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a modern and spacious walk-in shower with a full glass enclosure. Brand new tiles, fixtures, and lighting.

We had another wonderful stay! This was our second visit to this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciate that it’s pet-friendly—it’s so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The location is perfect, and the hosts make everything easy. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Wonderful stay again!

This is our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect as the first time a year ago. Everything about the property is super cozy and comfortable- from the covered patio and backyard deck, to the furnishings, beds, and linens. The location is in very close proximity to everything, but still has a nice private, tucked away feel. This will always be our first choice whenever we travel to Gainesville!

Great baseball weekend!

We’ve stayed at this house before for Gator baseball weekends and really appreciate the hospitality and wonderful quant home away from home. Whether you are just passing through for a few days or staying longer, I recommend considering calling this place home.

Sad to leave!

This was our third time staying and I was honestly sad to leave. Not only is the house comfortable and clean, but everything is still in great shape since our first visit in March of 2023, which says a lot about how well the hosts care for the property. We got to bring our pups this time and they loved hanging out on the back deck and side porch. Location is quiet and super convenient. So grateful we were able to book here again for our trip. Big thanks to the hosts for another perfect stay.

Great little home

Cute property perfect for my party of 2. Clean house, comfy beds, cold central A/C & hot coffee! We liked walking to some of G’ville’s off the path hidden gems, Afternoon, Coterie market & Superette. Not a far walk from campus but not five minutes either. House was quiet and has a cute park w/nice playground and walking path just down the street.

Oasis in Gainesville

A nicely renovated place to stay that feels like home. A lovely yard to sit and sip coffee or relax in the evening. In spite of being in a busy part of town, you don’t notice it. The hosts were amazing and answered all questions.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was calm & quiet. Our only complaint was the couch didn’t fold out or provide a particularly comfortable sleeping place for one guest. It was wonderfully dog safe & friendly. We would be happy to return.

The house was located centrally and was within short driving distance of everything. The house was comfortable and provided a nice place to stay. They’re working on the laundry machine but just a little hiccup. Would recommend!

Lovely home, convenient to campus

We stayed here for a football game weekend and it was great. Close enough to walk (~30 mins to stadium), far enough from noise and crazy traffic to relax and sleep peacefully. The house was clean, well-appointed, and everything we could want. There were nice touches like coffee/creamer, water bottle in the fridge for each guest, and extra toiletries under the sink. Couldn’t have been happier and absolutely plan to return in the future!

Adorable, clean, and close to campus

This home has been beautifully renovated. The owners thought of everything and were very accommodating and responsive. The house is close enough to campus, a mere 25 minute walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, so you don't have to worry about parking for games. I hope to return next year and would recommend this home to others. Thank you Ananda and Brad!

Very clean and nice

The property was very nice and looked just like it did in the pictures. It was very clean and cozy and the backyard was wonderful! The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was because the neighborhood did have some homeless people that were staying across from the house and they were a bit noisy . Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great little house

We were in town to hike Paynes Prairie. This is a cute little house with a perfect backyard for my dogs. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. The only negative was all the foot traffic which upset my big male dog quite a bit. Knowing Gainesville is a college town, I should've foreseen that. Lol It wasn't that big of a deal though and I would def stay here again.
