Unsere neu renovierte und modern ausgestattete Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung, welche nach dem Wohnraumkonzept "Drinnen bei uns" ausgestattet wurde, lädt ein zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Der Wohnraum der Wohneinheit liegt bei ca. 59 m2. Das Haus hat einen Balkon welcher genutzt werden kann. Die helle, freundliche Erdgeschosswohnung, eingerichtet mit vielen Naturmaterialien des Frankenwaldes, ist für 1-3 Personen gedacht. Unsere Nichtraucherwohnung ist ganzjährig buchbar. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Doppelbett sowie einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, Föhn, Waschmaschine und Trockner separater Wäscheraum im Keller. Küche mit gemütlicher Eckbank, voll ausgestattet Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer WLAN -Zugang, Sat-TV, komplette Wäscheausstattung. Bücher & Spiele sowie Kinderbett oder Aufstockungdurch ein Zustellbett ist auf Anfrage möglich. Platz zum Wohlfühlen ist ausreichend vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wander- und Radwege.
