Quiet apartment with garden terrace and views of the Swiss Alps

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house in a quiet residential area and is suitable for individuals, couples or families with one or two children. It offers a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a garden terrace.

The living room has a sofa bed for one or two people, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. From here you have direct access to the garden terrace. The bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm. In the bathroom you will find single sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen offers cooker and oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and microwave. It is also equipped with crockery, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils.

From the garden terrace you have a wonderful view of the Pilatus and the Central Swiss mountains.

Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The city center of Lucerne with its numerous cultural and tourist attractions such as the KKL or the Verkehrshaus is not far away and can be reached in just 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus. Free parking spaces in the parking garages of Lucerne are (almost) always available.

If you have small children, we recommend walks on the Sonnenberg, which offers a playground, a miniature golf course (for a fee) and numerous barbecue facilities, or take the traditional Sonnenbergbahn cable car to the top of the Sonnenberg. From here you have a fantastic view of the mountains of several Swiss cantons.

Everyone will find the right offer at Pilatus. In addition to long hikes, trips by aerial cable car or the world's steepest cogwheel railway will ensure lasting experiences. At the station Krienseregg children will find a popular playground. There are also free barbecue facilities, including firewood. At the station Fräkmüntegg you will find a summer toboggan run and a climbing park, which should inspire the older children. Both - Sonnenbergbahn and the valley station of the Pilatus-Bahn are within walking distance from the apartment.

A highlight of Lucerne is a ride on a paddle steamer on Lake Lucerne. This will take you to the neighboring cantons of central Switzerland, and you can combine the excursion with a ride on one of the many mountains, for example the Klewenalp or the Rigi. Everything is easily accessible - the rides of the various providers are coordinated and feasible as a day trip.
