No Parties. Wonderfully spacious and newly renovated. This home is really it's own Oasis. Although this property is perfect for gatherings The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Families and friends love this space. Spread out and each person has their own distance. The master bedroom is huge along with the master bathroom. all bedrooms have their own SMART TV and NEW Temper-pedic mattress's.

Garage has been transformed into an ultimate Game Room with Air Hockey Table, Ping pong table, Indoor Basketball, Foosball & Darts the whole 9 yards.

Backyard has large space for some fun, a grill for your BBQ experiences and nice seating area to enjoy some wine with the company of Friends & Family.

Duplex. Feel a bit shortchanged

This is a duplex; even though that isn’t mentioned in the listing. Thankfully no issues there. Cleanliness was an issue upon arrival. No coffee was stocked; unlike the photo that had a whole drawer full. No kitchen towels or bakeware for the small oven but pots and pans aplenty. Water doesn’t work on fridge but ice maker works well. Enough dishes to last a day and dishwasher that worked well. Very drafty windows but the house held the heat ok. Very comfy couches!!! Good communication. Not super fast but good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

The good: great location and nice layout. The bad: The house was dirty when we arrived - the floors had not been swept or mopped there was trash under the couches, the glass tables had cup marks and smudged finger prints all over them and the kitchen table had coffee grounds on it. The coffee station consisted of a coffee maker and 4 bags of tea. There was trash in the kitchen drawers. The games do not work the air hockey was disassembled, table tennis table is broke and the basketball machine won’t turn on, the game room was a huge reason we rented this house. The worst: There were no bath towels in the house except one in the master bath and a used one in the pink room hanging in the closet. When I messaged about this issue I was given a hard time about looking for towels. Big mistake the cabinets had none and the liquor cabinet was so nasty I wished I hadn’t opened it. After several back and forth messages I ended buying my own towels and was promised a reimbursement of my cleaning fee since me and my family had to clean this house. I have yet to receive my refund and we are now end of February (2 months later). I have reported this including our messages to Vrbo.

Sewage issues

Three different times we had raw sewage come up the shower and sinks. Plumbers didn't clean up after "repairs". Owner wanted us to lie to insurance agent and commit insurance fraud
