Newly Remodeled Beachfront

We chose Hono Kai due to it sitting directly on Sugar Beach.

The unit was finished being remodeled in July 2022. Stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, and beach gear are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay.

This unit is steps to the beach, and has a pool for your enjoyment.

The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The complex sits directly on Sugar Beach, but this unit only has a peek boo ocean view from the lanai.

The complex is directly on Sugar Beach. We love having meals on the lanai and walking the beach! Some of the features of the condo include:

Great place close drive to everything.
This is a great little spot. I’ve not stayed in this area before. It doesn’t have a lot of close by shops or grocery but a quick 20 minute drive to kehei. It’s quiet and beautiful. Beach access is great. Neighbors are great! Beautiful surroundings close to aquarium and harbor. A little gem:) we loved it here.

We enjoyed our stay. All of the pictures and details were accurate. Just one detail that we'd suggest adding...the air conditioning isn't central air. The space has 3 "window units" that are very loud. One unit is upstairs, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. We often had to turn off the living room unit to sit on the balcony and to sit in the living room. It's a small thing, but good for people to know that are light sleepers. Luckily, we spent most of our time exploring the island and outdoors, not inside with the A/C!
