Centrally located in historic East Hill, this serene, cozy, 750 sq foot garage apartment is a quick 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. It features an open floor plan with a private entrance and marked guest parking. Downtown Pensacola is a short five minute drive with many local restaurants and night life.
Our apartment features a keyless and private entry. Whether you are a business traveler, solo adventurist or just looking to relax, this East Hill Retreat is ideal.
The space
Guests have access to full garage apartment. The guest parking area will fit 2 cars. There is not a yard or outdoor space as the back yard area is the hosts private yard.
Other things to note
The entrance is off 17th Ave. between Maxwell and Jordan Street. If you will be arriving after dark Let me know so I can have the carport overhead light on and the front door light. The parking is on the left there’s a sign designated parking above location. If you have guests they can park behind you. No parking on 17th Ave. it is against the law.
