About this property

This detached holiday home impresses with its close proximity to the beach and the Baltic Sea. Only a few meters away is the sandy Weidefeld beach with restaurant, kiosk and beach chairs. Whether sunbathing, playing, swimming or walking for miles - unforgettable vacation moments for the whole family are guaranteed. The harbor promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz at the sailing and sports boat harbor can also be reached on foot - with shopping facilities, a bakery and gourmet bistro and a growing range of shopping opportunities.

The beach house 37 offers pure holiday luxury. Two terraces and the green area around the house invite you to linger. Underfloor heating, sauna, whirlpool and fireplace provide comfort in every season and invite you to relax in the private wellness area after a walk on the beach.
There is time for creative cooking on vacation - the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace directly adjacent to the dining area promises convivial barbecues.

It gets romantic in front of the fireplace on the cozy L-sofa. Wi-Fi and 3 TVs also provide indoor entertainment on Nordic days with bad weather.

The house is modern and high quality equipped and furnished. The wall colors are Farrow & Ball colors. Arrive and feel good guaranteed!

Two bedrooms equipped with box spring beds offer space for four people for a relaxing holiday sleep. Two more beds are on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

In addition to a warm infrared cabin, the wellness bathroom also has a whirlpool.
There is a separate parking space in front of the house as well as a separate bicycle shed.
Our favorite place: after a hearty breakfast on the terrace off to the beach!

Wir hatten ein Reh vor unserer Terrasse, Hasen haben wir auch sehr oft gesehen. Im Allgemeinen war es ein schöner,ruhiger Urlaub,wobei ein paar Bäume hier und da auch nicht schlecht wären . Wir werden aber definitiv wieder kommen,und mit Sicherheit auch gern wieder das Strandhaus 37 nehmen,da es von der Lage her echt toll war.nicht weit zum Strand,nicht weit zum Hafen und der kleine Hang war auch gut.
